proprietary and confidential. No licence to use, copy, modify, distribute or
sublicense any part of Esqly is granted except by written permission from
Esqly. Any permission Esqly gives is subject to these terms:
1. Approved firm only. Esqly may be used only by the law firm named in
Esqly's written approval, and only by that firm's attorneys and staff.
2. No immigration practice. Esqly may not be used by, for or on behalf of
any attorney or firm that practises immigration law, or to market
immigration legal services, in any amount and under any name.
3. No sharing. Esqly, its files and its instructions may not be shared,
sold, published, uploaded to a public or shared assistant, or given to
anyone outside the approved firm, including other attorneys, marketing
agencies and consultants.
4. No copying or derived products. Esqly may not be copied, adapted or used
to build or train a competing product or service.
5. Ending access. Esqly may withdraw permission at any time. Permission ends
automatically if any of these terms is broken. When permission ends, the
firm must stop using Esqly and delete every copy it holds.
Copies Esqly provides may be marked with the name of the approved firm.
